Why tfal&chi?
tfal&chi began as an organic movement to educate individuals and communities about the import of healthy eating and exercise as a lifestyle. Our mutual love of exercising, healthy eating, dancing, spending time with family and wanting to give back to others led us here. The tfal&chi movement is open to anyone who is interested in embracing a comprehensive wellness mindset and optimizing their health outcomes.
Our goal is to share tips and resources we have learnt along the way in a practical, fun, non- judgmental manner so that we can live our best lives.
