Our mission is to give back to anyone interested in achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle and wellness mindset. The tfal&chi movement will cover health, nutrition, fitness, relationships and well-being as well as empowering people to crystallize and harness the WHY? Why they want to stay healthy and get to old age as healthy as possible. For us our why’s are to enjoy each other’s company and those of our children and grandchildren healthy and active well into our old age. We feel that information when tailored to the audience is a very powerful tool. We aim to inspire healthier lifestyles by sharing knowledge, practical tips and fostering a wellness mindset.

Our Story
We met in kindergarten and attended the same schools through high school. After that we lost contact after the freshmen year of college in 1987. Two marriages and 30+ years later, we reconnected, fell in love and are now married. We have both seen in our professional and personal lives the impact of unhealthy habits, stress from work and relationships, on physical and mental health outcomes.
Our mutual love of exercising, healthy eating, dancing, spending time with family and wanting to give back to others led us to this venture. While initially it was meant to be for our friends in their 40s, this tfal&chi movement is open to anyone who is interested in embracing a comprehensive wellness mindset and optimizing their health outcomes.
Our goal is to share tips and resources we have learnt along the way in a practical, fun, non- judgmental manner so that we can live our best lives well into our 90s and 100s.
