What is the Aqua Plates project?


 

As a couple we love cooking and mostly doing it together, making so many different variations of nutritious meals and love sharing how and what we’ve learned over the years with others. We believe in food as medicine, we believe in a culture of healthy eating coupled with setting good habits and goals to live by day after day. Don’t fall for the fad traps; just make a good effort to eat well and stay active.

At Aqua Plates we will take you step by step into becoming your own home chef, we will dice, cut, chop, broil, sear, all with you. We will make simple meals on-the go meals, sit down meals and most of all meals you will find delicious and nutritious.
