Dr. Toyin \u201cTfal\u201d Nwafor, MD is a physician, author, wellness coach, speaker, and co-founder of tfal&chi. Her background in clinical and preventative medicine allows her to translate medical science into practical, sustainable lifestyle strategies. With more than 20 years of practicing medicine as board-certified physician, she is uniquely qualified to provide evidence-based guidance to tfal&chi’s clients, helping them gain a real understanding of how each action they take in nutrition, movement, sleep and stress management works within their body, and helping them navigate\u00a0 the sea of breakthroughs, revisions, trends and fads that comprises the world of wellness.<\/p>

Tfal is currently also a pharma executive and leader of multiple healthcare initiatives, and understands the challenges high-performers face in balancing career growth with personal growth and health. As a leader and educator with more than 85 publication authorships, she is able to provide a truly science-first education to clients, empowering them not only to do more but also know more when it comes to investing in their health.<\/p>

As a literary author, podcaster, and public speaker, she brings a unique perspective to helping women build confidence as leaders, find their voice, and see the two-way integration of physical and emotional wellbeing.\u00a0<\/p>
